The duo and its services
Chic Bazar is the artistic name of Tom & Kévin. This website presents musical services and lets you request a quote. Sending an enquiry does not constitute a booking or an order.
DJ K PERCU publishes the website and coordinates enquiries. Depending on the project, Kévin’s services are invoiced by DJ K PERCU and Tom’s by the association that administers his activity. Contracting providers, prices, terms and invoicing arrangements are specified in the quotes and contracts provided before any commitment.

Personal data: controller and purposes
DJ K PERCU, at the contact details above, is the controller for information collected through the contact form. We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and discuss your project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract; general questions are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Information and recipients
The form collects your name, email, optional organisation, event date, type, location, guest count and message. Fields marked with an asterisk are necessary to process your enquiry. Do not include sensitive information or details unrelated to your project.
DJ K PERCU can access your enquiry. Tom and Association Ensemble UN may receive information strictly necessary to prepare the performance. Technical providers process information for transmission, security and delivery: Web3Forms and its subprocessors, OVH email and the website infrastructure.
Form delivery and international transfers
Web3Forms forwards enquiries to contact@chicbazar.live. The address you provide is used for replies. Web3Forms states that it operates from India and uses international infrastructure, including AWS, Cloudflare and Hetzner. It describes safeguards for transfers outside the EEA, including standard contractual clauses, in its data processing agreement. See also its privacy policy.
Retention
For enquiries that do not result in a booking, DJ K PERCU plans to retain information while following up the project, for no more than three years after your last contact, unless information must be kept to defend legal rights. Contract-related documents are retained according to applicable legal obligations and limitation periods. Web3Forms states that submissions may be retained for up to three years after submission, unless a shorter period applies or they are deleted earlier.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing and, where legally applicable, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to contact@chicbazar.live or our registered office. Proof of identity is requested only if there is reasonable doubt about your identity. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies and external services
No advertising trackers or analytics tools are added to the website code. The hosting platform may use technical mechanisms needed for operation and, where applicable, authentication. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, establishing a connection to Google. Submitting the form connects to Web3Forms. Instagram links open an external service governed by its own rules. No Instagram feed is embedded.
